Brief introduction to the indoor hydroponic system facilities:
1. Nutrition tank
The nutrient solution tank is used to store the nutrient solution. It is generally made of brick and cement and placed in the ground. The specific width of the nutrient tank can be flexibly designed according to the topography of the greenhouse.
2. Seedling equipment
The seedling raising equipment is used for sowing and raising seedlings, and is composed of a seedling tray and a breeding substrate. The nursery trays are mostly made of plastic with a flat bottom and no water leakage. The trays are 60 cm long, 30 cm wide and 3 cm high. Breeding substrates can use hydroponic sponges with large porosity or degradable rock wool blocks.

3. Cultivation tank and cultivation board
The cultivation pond is the main site for vegetable growth and the main part of the hydroponic system. Vegetables are planted on cultivation plates and placed in cultivation tanks. The roots of vegetables get water, nutrients and oxygen from the nutrient solution in the pond to meet the physiological needs for normal growth.
Cultivation tanks are generally made of cement, and their shape and size are different according to different types of vegetables. The cultivation tanks for leafy vegetables are generally larger, up to hundreds of meters in length and tens of meters in width. The specific size is According to the area of the greenhouse. The cultivation pond for cultivating fruits and vegetables is generally small, but it is only 3 meters long and 1.5 meters wide. Both types of cultivation tanks are rectangular, and the depth of the tanks is 30 cm. In addition, there are ditch and pipe types in the cultivation tank, but these two cultivation tanks are mostly used for small-scale production and ornamental purposes.
The cultivation board is also called the planting board, which is used to fix the roots of vegetables, prevent the intrusion of dust, block the light from entering, prevent the generation of algae and keep the temperature of the nutrient solution in the cultivation tank stable. The cultivation board is generally made of polystyrene board. According to the types of vegetables and the needs of different growth periods, its specifications and sizes are also different. Generally, the length is 80 to 100 cm, the width is 50 to 70 cm, and the thickness is 3 cm. Arrangement of planting holes with a diameter of 3 cm can be divided into 288-well plate, 99-hole plate, 72-hole plate, 24-hole plate, 18-hole plate, 6-hole plate, etc.
4. Liquid addition, drainage system and nutrient solution circulation system
The liquid supply of hydroponic facilities is generally pumped by the water pump into the cultivation tank. The tank maintains a water level of 5 to 8 cm deep, and the facility for adding liquid to the cultivation tank is composed of an iron or plastic liquid addition main pipe and a plastic liquid addition branch pipe.
The nutrient solution is drawn from the nutrient solution tank by a water pump, enters the cultivation tank through the liquid addition main pipe and the liquid addition branch pipe, and is absorbed by the roots of the vegetables. The nutrient solution higher than the liquid discharge port flows back to the nutrient solution tank through the liquid discharge channel along the liquid discharge port, thereby completing a cycle.
Hydroponic cultivation is bound to work, which shows that vegetables can not only be hydroponic, but also more efficient, high-yield and high-quality than soil cultivation.
